Petite recette gourmande pour passer le temps, le g\u00e2teau de Savoie revisit\u00e9 aux pommes et caramel beurre sal\u00e9. On ajoute ensuite la farine et la ma\u00efzena en remuant avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Puis on monte les blancs en neige bien fermes, et on les incorpore doucement \u00e0 la p\u00e2te sans les casser.
