Petite recette r\u00e9confortante pour le moral et les papilles : <strong>les fondants au chocolat.<\/strong> Je ne suis pas tr\u00e8s g\u00e2teaux au chocolat en vrai, mais cette recette, c&#8217;est ma petite exception.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Elle est ultra simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en plus ! Seule contrainte : les fondants doivent d&#8217;abord prendre au cong\u00e9lateur, il faut donc anticiper et les pr\u00e9parer quelques heures en avance.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette recette il vous faudra :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g de ma\u00efzena (10 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe)<\/li>\n<li>100g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>100g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>200g de chocolat p\u00e2tissier noir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On fait fondre le chocolat et le beurre ensemble, puis on m\u00e9lange au reste des ingr\u00e9dients, et voil\u00e0, c&#8217;est tout ! Ensuite, on verse la pr\u00e9paration dans de petits moules types moules \u00e0 muffin ou \u00e0 financiers, pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9s. On peut aussi le faire au format gros g\u00e2teau, mais je trouve que le fondant ressort vraiment mieux en petit.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, on r\u00e9serve tout \u00e7a minimum 3h au cong\u00e9lateur, et ensuite, on fait cuire environ 15mn \u00e0 180\u00b0C (bien surveiller, le temps de cuisson peut \u00eatre plus court ou plus long selon les fours).
